“The truth is, everyone is going to hurt you. You just got to find the ones worth suffering for.”
~ Bob Marley said.
Isn’t this amazing? Such a million dollar thought.
So, you think you are trapped among infinite souls, the city is hustling with strangers, bustling with activities, each one of us intertwined among cobwebs of life. Do we have time for ourselves or our near ones? Or we are engrossed in ourselves and our work .
“Well, it seems to me that the best relationships – the ones that last – are frequently the ones that are rooted in friendship. You know, one day you look at the person and you see something more than you did the night before. Like a switch has been flicked somewhere. And the person who was just a friend is… suddenly the only person you can ever imagine yourself with.”
― Gillian Anderson
What was the last time you asked your mommy, your daddy or your grandparents for instance, how are they? How do they feel. Or can you even understand the feelings of your siblings?
Here its is.
Calculated every time, the strong one,
who can never be affected by anything in this world,
Ups and downs, highs and lows! Whatever!
Yes!, the same person every time
Rigid. Unmoved. Unshaken.
His feelings, mostly unsaid.
His love, mostly unseen.
The one who has the perfect solution to any problem,
Answer to my every question.
No ones knows what’s right and what’s wrong better than him.
Though he’s harsh at times, tough mostly.
I would still be his little princess forever.
Because he’s my world. Dad
So its like that. All our love has to be handled with care because it demands to be respected, understood and felt. You might be wondering why it happen to me to write this post. As I said in beginning every teenager is confused between love and friendship, so was I . Recently.
But I am telling you, I watched The Perks of Being a Wallflower and the favorite quote from it is ..
Because things change and friends leave. Life doesn’t stop for anybody.
