Handle with care

“The truth is, everyone is going to hurt you. You just got to find the ones worth suffering for.”
~ Bob Marley said.

Isn’t this amazing? Such a million dollar thought.

So, you think you are trapped among infinite souls, the city is hustling with strangers, bustling with activities, each one of us intertwined among cobwebs of life. Do we have time for ourselves or our near ones? Or we are engrossed in ourselves and our work .
“Well, it seems to me that the best relationships – the ones that last – are frequently the ones that are rooted in friendship. You know, one day you look at the person and you see something more than you did the night before. Like a switch has been flicked somewhere. And the person who was just a friend is… suddenly the only person you can ever imagine yourself with.”
― Gillian Anderson

What was the last time you asked your mommy, your daddy or your grandparents for instance, how are they? How do they feel. Or can you even understand the feelings of your siblings?

I wrote a poem for my father. I had expressed well enough for my relationship with my friends and mother in the previous posts.

Here its is.

Calculated every time, the strong one,
who can never be affected by anything in this world,
Ups and downs, highs and lows! Whatever!

Yes!, the same person every time
Rigid. Unmoved. Unshaken.
His feelings, mostly unsaid.
His love, mostly unseen.

The one who has the perfect solution to any problem,
Answer to my every question.
No ones knows what’s right and what’s wrong better than him.

Though he’s harsh at times, tough mostly.
I would still be his little princess forever.
Because he’s my world. Dad

So its like that. All our love has to be handled with care because it demands to be respected, understood and felt. You might be wondering why it happen to me to write this post. As I said in beginning every teenager is confused between love and friendship, so was I . Recently.
But I am telling you, I watched The Perks of Being a Wallflower and the favorite quote from it is ..

Because things change and friends leave. Life doesn’t stop for anybody.

How can one person spark up the fainting light within you?

Wait. Take a minute.
I passed through this tunnel beside you. I can still hear the echo.

We pass across infinite souls every day.
Sometimes the vibes between us resonate and help us connect.
That’s a rare phenomenon. Right?

You have no clue how grateful I am to God that I could find you.
Yes. You are the true definition of a rare original, nearest possible to me and my little world. Akshay Pruthi.

What I have learnt from you is probably something I would have never been able to learn if I didn’t meet you.
I can’t never express myself enough on this note, you know it well.
:’) Blessed I am to be associated with a person like you, who works day and night at this pace for all his passion!

“Children see magic because they look for it.”
Probably, I was looking for someone like you that I met you or it meant to happen.
I learnt on this journey so far that this life is what one makes out of it.
No matter what, you’re going to mess up sometimes, it’s a universal truth. But the good part is you get to decide how you’re going to mess it up. You taught me how to think not what to think. And I know you’d be always there to show me the way.

Each day, you dared me to dream big.
When there is darkness, dare to be the first to shine a light.
When something seems difficult, you made me feel to dare to do it anyway.
Now I can dare to fight back, when life seems to beat me down.
When there seems to be no hope, we can dare to find some.
When I feel tired, you dared me to keep going.
You taught me when the day has ended, dare to feel as we have done our best.
And finally. You taught me to dare to be the best I can.

“In the depth of winter, I finally learned that within me there lay an invincible summer.”
Each day starts with a feeling that today I will learn something new from you. And it happens all over. All thanks to you!
How frankly you told me today what no one dared to tell me:
Not Resume, your story sells.
And it’s never too late to start. All it requires is an initiation.
I’m still learning to be a part of the rat race.

And I took the less traveled by and that has made all the difference.
And the best part is you know it well.

To be continued…
Hope it never ends.

So its like that, sometimes someday we might come across someone who would change your perspective forever. you just got to look for it! 🙂
